Home Street Mennonite Church
· Original elevator addition was creatively re-imagined to seamlessly integrate functionally and aesthetically into this historic building
· Working closely with the City of Winnipeg, the main entrance sidewalk was raised to remove the in-accessible step
· Renovations, which also included the gathering area washrooms, provided a truly barrier-free design solution, and honoured with an Access Award
Marymound YASU
· 720SM holistic renovation of a former industrial building into the Youth Addictions Stabilization Unit
· New secure entrance, resident rooms, kitchenette, and support areas to assist youth in withdraw from addictions safely and securely
The Salvation Army Golden West Centennial Lodge
· To improve care for both residents and staff, the personal care home’s bathing facilities were improved and modernized
· Residentially inspired colour palette and lighting carefully chosen to de-institutionalize the space
Lake of the Woods Cottage
· Use of natural and locally sourced material, combined with careful siting of the building, to provide a family-focused cottage
· Advanced technology such as lake-source heat pumps for heating and cooling promotes well-being of the environment
