I have known and worked with staff from Ager Little Architects for over 14 years on a variety of projects for MTS Infrastructure Services. Every staff member I have worked with has been delightful. Ager Little Architects Inc. have consistently provide MTS with clear documentation reflecting designs that are carefully considered especially with respect to the tight budgets and timelines that the projects have demanded. It is never a question of whether a project will be delivered on time or on budget – projects are consistently delivered on time and typically below budget. Their team has a knack for drawing the best out of people, both on the client side and on the contracting side of the process.

Ager Little Architects are consistently surprising MTS with creative design solutions to what others may see as mundane renovation projects. They are very inclusive in their design approach and they consider ideas from senior management as well as maintenance personnel. The firm is also particularly successful at providing coordinated documentation, clear evidence of their ability to integrate all members into the process.

I worked with Gail and Mark on the design and construction of a new Trades Facility for a large Institution in Manitoba from 2008-2011. This was a very complex and challenging project that tested the limits of teamwork, leadership and design. Mark and Gail were able to balance the needs of the Client groups all while maintaining the momentum of the project; from conception through to completion. As a team, they performed beyond our expectations and were a pleasure to deal with. Their ability to adapt to situational issues and look for innovative and creative solutions, directly affected the ability to complete our project on time and under budget.
— Jason Barley, Manitoba Finance Accommodation Services Division

We found Ager Little to be very knowledgeable and well connected within the construction industry. We were appreciative of the team of engineers they assembled on our behalf to formulate preliminary reports. Mark & Gail researched and made numerous site visits to other churches as they assisted us in determining what type of building would best serve our current and future needs. Over a course of several meetings with church volunteers, they were able to create imaginative plans for a beautiful facility that the congregation has since embraced as their own. Mark and Gail are very detail oriented. They are keen listeners and pay strict attention to deadlines. We found them to be professional, approachable and an invaluable part of our building team.

Westland Construction Ltd. has had an opportunity to work on several construction projects with Ager Little Architects Inc. Their thorough knowledge and professional attitude at all stages of a project enables them to manage the design of the project that meets clients’ needs while being conscious of overall budget.
The projects that we have worked on were commercial and institutional in nature and we found their office to be very team oriented as we worked through the delivery of the project. Addressing issues regarding scheduling and contract change management were done in a comprehensive, timely, and professional nature by their office.
The industry certainly takes note of whom a client chooses as their prime consultant and this is very evident in the pricing that is received by general contractors. An organization would certainly be doing themselves justice by engaging a firm such as Ager Little as we have found their construction documents to be of good quality in the marketplace.
